2023. 80% of Afghan girls are not in school. According to the WorldBank, more women have experienced violence than Covid. One in five women worldwide are child brides. The World Economic Forum’s 2022 report says closing the gender gap between men’s and women’s earnings will take another 132 years.


Dear World:

My generation failed you. It’s your turn now. I hope you can make it a better world than what we gave you.

You’ve got this.
